WHO CONTROLS THE ENTRANCE OF THE EXHIBITION?
Access to the exhibition "The day they visited the Earth" is controlled by you, the renter of the show. You decide on opening hours and are responsible for who is allowed to enter for the visit and under what conditions. For example, those who have paid the access fee you have set or, as another example
those in possession of the access ticket cut from the local gazette or sent to all members of the club. It also implies that you must provide the necessary personnel for control and security. Generally a team of four will be enough but six or eight is better. A PWP badge is given to each member of this team to be easily identifiable and help to establish their authority. The ideal outfit for these assistants will usually be sober solid color, dark blue or black.
NEURALIZE VISITORS!
An important element of the show is the fact that visitors to the exhibition all pass through the entrance arch and when the right to enter has been granted, a member of your security service will have the function of "neuralize" visitors. Not everyone but a person from time to time. Obviously, this operation is quite fictitious and the "neuralizer" is a theater accessory that emits sound and light identical to the original. "
PWP provides the material (neuralizer, black tie and dark glasses). You just need to provide a person from your team with black shoes, a black suit and a white shirt. This "neuralization" simulacrum (similar to the MIB film) adds an extraordinary element to the exhibition, it is funny and is generally well appreciated by visitors.
But if you prefer to remove this attraction, No problemo. You are in charge of your show. A preparation briefing for your MIB is planned and PWP will give him all the explanations on how to succeed his performance.
THE SELFIE ZONE
At the end of the visit of the exhibition, a large photographic background of 2.5m high and 3m wide is extended, usually against a wall. This giant photo represents a beautiful landscape in which an alien vessel came to land.
This is obviously the unique opportunity to be photographed in front of this unique landscape or even to take a selfie. Also why not take advantage of this opportunity because it is the only place in the exhibition where the shots are allowed.
